Season 01 Episode 00 – “Their Time Is Now” An in-depth look at the origin stories of the heroes and villains of the highly-anticipated new series, ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’. ‘Their Time Is Now’ introduces viewers to the immortal madman Vandal Savage, the time master Rip Hunter, and the motley band of heroes and rogues he assembles to try to save the future of humanity: Hawkman, Hawkgirl, White Canary, The Atom, Firestorm, Captain Cold and Heat Wave.
Season 01 Episode 01 – “Pilot, Part 1” A time-traveling rogue assembles a group of heroes and villains to prevent the world’s destruction. In the opener, Time Master Rip Hunter puts together his diverse team to fight immortal villain Vandal Savage who is on the verge of destroying humanity in 2166.
Season 01 Episode 02 – “Pilot, Part 2” The team battles Vandal Savage, and Atom’s suit falls off and lands in the wrong hands. Stein realizes the best way to retrieve it is by contacting his younger self. Meanwhile, Snart and Rory plan to steal a key element in defeating Savage; and Carter helps Kendra remember something vital.
Season 01 Episode 03 – “Blood Ties” Rip tries to weaken Vandal Savage by going after his financial assets. Rip and Sara infiltrate Savage’s bank but are discovered by his men. Meanwhile, Snart and Rory talk Jax into taking the jump ship back to Central City so they can steal a valuable emerald; and Professor Stein guides Ray on a dangerous mission.
Season 01 Episode 04 – “White Knights” When Vandal Savage retreats behind the Iron Curtain in the early 1980s, a string of nuclear scientists begins to mysteriously disappear. The team follows Vandal’s trail straight into the heart of the Soviet Union in an attempt to find his next target. Ray tries to bond with a beautiful Soviet scientist, Valentina Vostock, in the hopes of finding out Vandal’s next move. When Valentina rejects him, it’s Snart to the rescue. Stein pushes Jax to be better, which frustrates Jax and ultimately threatens the Firestorm matrix. Rip asks Sara to train Kendra.
Season 01 Episode 05 – “Fail-Safe” Some of the Legends are captured and thrown into a Russian gulag during the height of the Cold War in 1986, so Snart leads the team in an elaborate escape plan to free their comrades. But Rip gives Sara a secret side mission that could prove fatal to the team.
Season 01 Episode 06 – “Star City 2046” A malfunction sends the Waverider crashing into 2046 Star City and the heroes face a startling version of their own future where they never stop Savage and never return home. The city is in ruins and overrun by criminals, which thrills Rory. But Sara is despondent over the destruction of her home and stunned when she learns what happened to her old friend Oliver Queen.
Season 01 Episode 07 – “Marooned” Rip tries to rescue a timeship stranded in space and uses the other ship’s computer to track Savage. But the situation turns into a trap and the team ends up battling time pirates.
Season 01 Episode 08 – “Night of the Hawk” The team tracks Savage to a small town in Oregon during the 1950s where a recent string of murders has occurred and they suspect Savage is involved. Stein and Sara go undercover at a psychiatric hospital where Savage is working as a doctor to find out his plan. Meanwhile, Ray and Kendra pose as a married couple to gain the neighborhood’s trust, but an interracial couple in the 1950s isn’t something that goes unnoticed.
Season 01 Episode 09 – “Left Behind” Ray, Sara and Kendra are shocked when they watch the Waverider fly off without them, leaving them stranded in the 1950s. After waiting months for their teammates to come back, the three realize they must move on with their lives. Ray and Kendra bond as a couple, but Sara decides to return to the League of Assassins and Ra’s al Ghul.
Season 01 Episode 10 – “Progeny” Rip tells the team they are headed to the future to take out a powerful ally that Savage needs to conquer the world. But when they learn the target is a 14 year-old boy who will one day become an evil dictator, the team is split about the morality of killing a child, even if it does save the world. Meanwhile, Sara talks Snart through a rough patch; and Ray learns something that could impact his future with Kendra.
Season 01 Episode 11 – “The Magnificent Eight” When the team needs a place to hide out, Rip sets a course for the Old West. Upon arrival, they start a fight with a gang of outlaws, putting the small town in jeopardy. Luckily, an old friend of Rip’s, Jonah Hex, steps in to save them.
Season 01 Episode 12 – “Last Refuge” The team is targeted by The Pilgrim, a deadly assassin who wants to erase the Legends from the time line by killing their younger, non-superhero selves. As a protective countermeasure, Rip instructs Sara, Snart, Rory, Professor Stein and Jax to kidnap their past selves before The Pilgrim gets to them
Season 01 Episode 13 – “Leviathan” Rip takes the team to 2166 London, three months before his family is killed. He believes this is their final opportunity to take out Savage, who is at the height of his power. They discover two key elements to defeating him, one of which is Savage’s daughter.
Season 01 Episode 14 – “River of Time” The team captures Vandal Savage, but Kendra struggles with whether to kill him or not when he tells her he can reunite her with Carter. Rip decides they will deliver Savage to the Time Masters but that doesn’t sit well with Snart and Rory. Meanwhile, Savage taunts Ray about his place in Kendra’s life.
Season 01 Episode 15 – “Destiny” Rip and Rory become incredibly disturbed for very different reasons when they get in the vicinity of the Time Masters. Meanwhile, Sara takes over the Waverider; Kendra is reunited with Carter; and Snart decides he might be a hero after all.
Season 01 Episode 16 – “Legendary” Season 1 ends with Rip returning the team to Central City a few months after they first left. They return to their normal lives and must decide individually whether to sacrifice everything in order to save the world. Meanwhile, Sara visits with her father, who delivers some heartbreaking news about her sister.

Season 02 Episode 00 – “Comic-Con Panel” DC’s Legends of Tomorrow set the stage for Season 2 at Comic-Con 2016 by taking fans back in time with a highlight reel that recapped all the exciting Season 1 action during the show’s panel session in Ballroom 20 on Saturday, July 23. After defeating Vandal Savage and bidding farewell to some key members of the team, the Legends will shift their focus to a new mission bestowed upon them by Justice Society of America member Rex Tyler when the show returns for Season 2 on Thursday, October 13, at 8/7c on The CW.
Season 02 Episode 01 – “Out of Time” Season 2 begins with Dr. Nate Heywood, an unconventional historian, making a shocking discovery. Nate then seeks out Oliver Queen for help to find the scattered Legends. Once reunited, they try to protect Albert Einstein from being kidnapped before the Nazis destroy New York City with a nuclear bomb. Meanwhile, Ray notices that Sara has a mission of her own, which leads them both to face her nemesis, Damien Darhk.
Season 02 Episode 02 – “The Justice Society of America” The Legends travel to Nazi-occupied Paris and are surrounded by the Justice Society of America. They discover a time aberration that threatens the JSA, but the JSA doesn’t want their help. Meanwhile, Nate tries to prove he should be part of the team.
Season 02 Episode 03 – “Shogun” Nate is shocked to learn he has powers and accidentally lands himself and Ray in Feudal Japan. Sara, Vixen and Rory agree to find Nate and help him master his powers so he can defend a Japanese village from the Shogun and an army of samurai warriors. Meanwhile, Jax and Stein stay back to help repair the ship and find a secret compartment but decide not to tell the rest of the team what they learn.
Season 02 Episode 04 – “Abominations” The Legends discover a time aberration in 1863 and must fight for survival during the Civil War with Confederate soldiers who have been turned into zombies. With the Civil War outcome hanging in the balance, Jax participates in a daring mission by going to a slave plantation with Amaya. Meanwhile, Sara begins to feel the burden of the decisions she has to make as the leader; and Ray struggles to find his purpose on the team.
Season 02 Episode 05 – “Compromised” The Legends trace a timequake to President Reagan’s White House and are shocked to discover their old enemy Damien Darhk is now a Senior Adviser to Reagan. While the team tries to uncover what Darhk is up to, Sara struggles with whether to seek revenge or help with the team’s larger mission. Elsewhere, Stein tries to prevent his younger self from creating an even bigger time aberration.
Season 02 Episode 06 – “Outlaw Country” The Legends travel to the Old West and learn Jonah Hex is in trouble with his arch-nemesis Quentin Turnbull, who wants to conquer the West and make it his own lawless territory. Meanwhile, Rory is ecstatic to be in the Wild West, but Sara makes Amaya work with him to keep him on task, which is easier said than done.
